The son of an infamous terrorist opposed to the chastity laws, Tanukichi Okuma (voice of Yusuke Kobayashi) has entered high school and wishes to aid the student council so that he can be close to its president and Tanukichi’s long-time crush, Anna Nishikinomiya (Miyu Matsuki). Tanukichi is swiftly drawn into the illicit activities of the vice-president Ayame Kajou (Shizuka Ishigami) who is secretly the notorious Blue Snow, a rebel spreading indecent material in defiance of the laws. Pressganged into assisting her, he must corrupt the moral standards of the school and even his beloved Anna.
