Dr. Bill Matthews is recovering in the hospital that he works in after being struck by lightning. A friendly intern named Craig invites Bill to a meeting of ‘people like us.’ Bill decides to attend and finds the ‘group’ full of other survivors who have been electrocuted in various ways. However all the members now seem to be addicted to the electric current; not only does Bill become hooked but his relationship with sexy Craig ignites setting a chain of events into shocking motion.
