Supported by the Arthritis Foundation the aim of this DVD is to help sufferers of Arthritis overcome their affliction. Having worked with hundreds of health professionals and Tai Chi instructors Dr. Lam has incorporated their experience and knowledge to create a program ideal for those who have completed the first part of the ‘Tai Chi For Arthritis’ program.
