Filmed in the hills of Austin Texas at the One World Theatre this DVD brings Terry Bozzio together with Chris Maresh Stephen Barber and the world famous Tosca Strings. Since 1997 The Tosca Strings Quartet (Leigh Mahoney & Tracy Seeger – Violins Ames Asbell – Viola and Sara Nelson – Cello) has built an international reputation for their versatile performances of many various musical styles. Their dynamic interaction on stage has become a trademark of their live music performances. Terry Bozzio achieved notoriety whilst touring with Frank Zappa and later with British rock supergroup UK. He was particularly famous for performing Zappa’s “”The Black Page”” a piece of music designed to be a “”musician’s nightmare”” as the page was so filled with notes that it appeared to be almost black.
