With over thirty years as a rock n roll icon Toronto’s first son of fret board wizardry has simply refused to lie down. A mega star in his own right Pat Travers has wowed guitar freaks the world over from teenage dreamer to rock luminary. Always looking for a new lick always pushing the envelope his desire to become a superstar has been surpassed with Travers now ranked amongst the canon of true guitar legends. Despite a plethora of live albums there has been very little concert footage of Travers available. Shot on 11th April 1976 in Kln Germany this is a classic document of the early stages of Travers rise to international fame. Playing as a three piece he and his band set the standard for generations of guitar hero wannabes. A dazzling yet strangely understated performance this was a tantalising taster for what was to follow.
